StoryPanels™

Imaginative design

Children in healthcare settings deserve an environment that feels less clinical and more like their world. StoryPanels™ bring playful, purposeful design into care spaces, helping children feel more at ease and giving their imagination somewhere to go.

The full StoryPanels™ artwork set laid out flat, showing colorful dots and hand-drawn motifs across six panels.

Three playful designs

Three designs bring colorful planets and playful figures into the care environment, each creating a positive, interactive, and calming atmosphere. Choose from illustrations for older children (APO ages 6 and up), younger children (APY ages 1 to 5), or a planets-only design (APP).

Design that stimulates imagination

“Each detail in the design is based on research and experience. Colors, shapes and funny figures all have a purpose to give a positive psychological effect, a calm feeling and to stimulate imagination,” says Stefanie Schöffmann, Austrian designer who has developed the StoryPanels™ design for Silentia.

The result is a design that is more than decorative. It actively supports the wellbeing of young patients and the caregivers looking after them.

StoryPanels™ focuses on family-oriented care

StoryPanels™ give hospital staff a meaningful way to help young patients redirect their focus toward something positive and imaginative.
